Ariatna Mayren Gonzalez loves helping others. Making a positive impact in people’s lives is what inspired her to get started in counseling and therapy.
As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, Ariatna uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to teach people how to live a meaningful life.
Ariatna is very empathetic and non-judgmental, and she is a great listener. She understands that every client and situation is different, and she provides personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of the moment and person.
Ariatna has experience treating addiction and substance abuse, grief, relationship conflicts, and codependency. She completed her practicum and internship at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, Florida, and has worked with individuals, couples, families, teens and young adults, and the elderly.
Fluent in Spanish, Ariatna can serve clients wishing to hold sessions in Spanish.
In her free time, Ariatna enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, going to the movies, reading a good book, or simply relaxing at home with her two dogs, Bento and Maya.
